About Us
History
Founded in June of 2006 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, The Ten Group, LLC is a minority and veteran owned diversity executive recruitment and consulting firm. We specialize in helping corporations increase the diversity of their workforce by recruiting, relocating, and retaining diverse talent. We differentiate ourselves by being committed to taking ten percent of our profits to create academic scholarships for minority youth. We are also committed to creating services that are tailored to the specific needs of our corporate and career clients.

The Ten Group is a corporation that was built on five principles which have become the pillars of our existence. These principles are interwoven into every aspect of our business and help others to have a CLEAR understanding of who we are and what we value as an organization.
President and Founder
The Ten Group is led by its current CEO and Founder Delta L. Triplett. Mr. Triplett, is a strong, well respected, and educated leader in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion field. He has been involved in the recruiting industry since 1990 when he had the opportunity to recruit sailors for the US Navy. Mr. Triplett has led diversity recruitment efforts for Milwaukee Public Schools, GE Infrastructure via Kelly Services, and Quarles & Brady, LLP law firm. He has played a significant role in the impact of diversity recruitment efforts for several of his large US and global clients including Johnson Controls and Kohl’s Corporate offices.
Mr. Triplett received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his EMBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a wartime veteran of the U.S. Navy, in which he served as a submarine sonar technician on the U.S.S. Henry L. Stimson during Operation Desert Storm.
